This is a dual-fan motherboard cover for the Creality Ender 3. It's designed to have two 12v fans wired in series, as shown in the third picture.
The purpose of this part is to quiet down the Ender 3's loud motherboard fan with as little change in cooling as possible. The cover also slightly protects the motherboard from falling debris.
