Mars Building - Sand Ingot

I've tryed to respond to 2 major questions about Mars colonisation. The weight and size of the construction for the space travel and the radiation factor.

The basic idea was to bring empty bricks and fill them with martian sand creating a natural radiation shield and gives in the same time weight and strength to the whole structure.
The ingot shape is usefull to imbed layers and so take as less space as possible for the transportation.
