Dual-wide wall plate for 2" dia. PVC entry

This is a quick solution for cleaning up the presentation when bringing a 2" dia. PVC pipe through the wall.

This plate is 4.5" by 4.5" and has 2 hole's for standard screw (#8 1-1/4" Phillips) used for wall-anchors:
