Adhesion and Warping Stress Test

Based on discussion I've had in several different 3D printing groups, I thought it would be good to create a test print that targets bed adhesion and part warping.

This print is designed to rotate as it cools off, which should cause it to slowly peel off the bed. If I've gotten it right, the part should be difficult to print perfectly, but there will still be a pretty wide range of "successful" prints.
