Filament Dryer For Heated Bed

I was looking at options for drying filament and saw lots of people using modified food dryers or the oven , my oven's lowest temperature is 75 C and that's a little hot so I looked at food dryers and it was the end of the month so i had little money .... then it struck me that most printers have heated beds so i designed a simple dryer that goes on the heated bed and uses that as a heater .
