Designed this for a friend who had his Brocade Silkworm 200E Fibre Channel switch suffer from a power supply failure.
Turns out the power supply just provided 12V, and not knowing how many amps is needed, we tried a 12V 6A unit which seems to work fine.
This blanking plate comes in two versions, first version is a simple blanking plate to close off the hole, the 2nd version has a mounting hole for a Jaycar 2.5mm Bulkhead Male DC Jack (Code PS0524).
We used the second version of the adap
