USBTinyISP case for v3.0

Modified the top case because USPTinyISP v3.0 has the power jumper and 6-pin connector in a different location than the original version. The bottom case is unchanged, although in retrospect I would shrink or notch out the corner support under the power jumper to make room for the solder joint.
