XCarve Y Axis Dust Covers

This is a remix of Deweycox's remix of Phraust's original design.

I increased the magnet holder diameter to better accommodate magnets available at Home Depot as well as some from Amazon that are slightly larger.

I also moved one magnet column to make a better fit with the larger magnets.
