Helix Spring

I was working on a prop design when I came across this functional spring design.

Prints without supports, and its actually fun to watch print once.

The spring can be bottomed out, plenty of times, I only broke mine when i pushed beyond the bottom out.

In testing, must be made with a firm material like PLA and PLA+.
PETG worked moderately well, but due to the softer nature of the material it didnt un-compress well.
TPU was entirely to soft and just remained in whatever position its pre
