Autonomous Landing Modular Inflatable Habitat

This proposal is inspired by Curiosity's sky crane and SpaceX's Grasshopper booster. The inflatable circular habitation modules and complex components are ferried by autonomous landing vehicles before astronauts arrive. Ideally, the auto lander drops its protective bottom and lowers the deflated hab modules in the sky crane fashion.
