Ender 3 Lead Screw support (no extra hardware needed)

This is a remix of elmerohueso's lead screw support. I made it so no additional hardware is needed. It also raised slightly to give more room for the extruder at full z height. and it still fits a lead screw knob and a small extruder knob. you will need one skate board (608) bearing.

NOTE: THIS PART IS 1MM LONGER than elmerohueso's support. it is 21 mm from the face of the frame to the center of the lead screw. if you need longer or shorter versions please comment and i will supply them. Easi
