Printed on:
Anycub Mega-S,
0.2 layer height,
55mm/s,
100% infill,
no rafts or supports.
PLA
180 degrees
No bed heating
The hole for the screw had to be adjusted and drilled after printing (need to increase the diameter a bit)
I have purchased a 1000W DIY e-bike kit, from Cyclotricity (actually, it was their kit sold by "Powerbikes" in the UK) with a 16ah 48V battery for my 29er hardtail Radon ZR Race bike.
The battery had a frame mount, that worked OK'ish until I dropped
