Flexible Filament Guide - monoprice select mini

The guide that jspooner made interfered with the extruder arm, so it wasn't able to grip the flexible filament as well as it needed to. I just made it so this one would go over the top of the bracket instead of where the extruder arm closes so that it wouldn't have that issue.
