U20 50mm volcano hotend fan mount

this is a combination of the fan size adapters by (TheMeerkat) and the fang mount by (Tacblades). I recently upgraded my U20 to a volcano hotend and could not find an adequate fan mount. These are for 50mm fans. I may design a nozzle for the hot end fan in the future but I'm not sure that it will be needed.
