SRAM shifter clamp for flat bar MTB shifters

I love SRAM MTB drivetrains - specifically the 1x stuff, either the 1x11 speed original or the new 1x12 Eagle drivetrains. SRAM's history with brakes has been not so good, so I run Shimano, Formula, or Magura brakes. This requires use of a clamp to mount the shifter - and this is that clamp.

I listed genaro144's shifter clamp as a source even though this is modelled from scratch. I've used that original design a couple times and it works quite well, but it requires a little attention to print
