Hotend Fan holder for Prusa X Carriage with LM8UU holders and E3D v5 hotend

I tried to fit stock [E3D v5 hotend fan assembly](http://e3d-online.com/E3D-V5-3mm-Direct-All-Metal-HotEnd) under [Reinforced Prusa X Carriage with Slim LM8UU Holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657) without much success. There is simply not enough space between the LM8UU holders.
