Center cap cover wheel - Parametric

I need a base for custom center caps and decided to make one that I can easily adjust its size. Attached sample render have the following dimensions:

capfaceradtop = 30; // cap face radius top. radius of top most cover
capfaceradbot = 34; // cap face radius bottom. radius of top most cover
capfacethick = 5; // cap face thickness
caplegrad = 31; // cap leg radius. radius of wheel center where the cap will placed
caplegthick = 10; // cap leg thickness/height
