Ender 3 fan housing above lid

Simple fan housing to allow placement of the mainboard cooling fan on the top side of the case. This is if you are having diffulcty fitting the fan back in with the mainboard after adding a BLTouch, as it can get pretty tight in there, and the fan may sometimes push connectors out of place causing the BLTouch to do some weird stuff, fixed a few issues by moving the fan on mine.
