prusa i3 jhead holder 5mm sunken nut with servo mount ver-3

redesigned jhead holder.
5mm bolt and nut configuration.
reinforced back.
and servo mount for the auto bed leveling system.
added the configuration.h file and config.json
to add a servo in to the repetier firmware.
servo goes on pin D11 on the ramps 1.4
end stop for the probe is on the Z max pin.
do note you can and will have to chance the values in the z probe defines.
this is a barebone configuration for prusa i3's
