DWM1001 Case (Oxidize Conf Edition)

This is a simple case for the Decawave [DWM1001](https://www.decawave.com/product/dwm1001-module/). It is intended to give some protection during travel and tinkering.
Aside from the printed parts you need:

* 3 M3x12 screws
* 3 M3 square nuts

Possible improvements:

* Play between buttons and button cover could be less
* Need to flip the STL of the lid by 180 degrees to make it immediately printable
