ErgoPen

Combined boths pens.
Added the ability for the Ergopen to be able to accept BIC pen refills as in the nostalgia pen after resizing it to 115%.

Was really hard to edit as all i had to work with was the stl, had to make my own pen, then make a "mold" for the finger indentations. then use that mold to transfer it on the new pen.

Please print with a raft so it doesnt fall down. Also make sure travel moves do not cross outlines to avoid any inner retraction strings from making the pen refill
