Da Vinci 1.0 to E3D Nozzle conversion block

I saw a few E3d conversions and though.... wow that's a waste of currently available parts...

So I modeled this, It uses [This](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P71W23H/ref=crt_ewc_title_srh_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3RVABGG6YFRTA) temp sensor and any E3D nozzle.

I have tested that the sensor works flawlessly with my Da-Vinci 1.0 using Repetier.
