Stone Dungeon Floor with Arched Doorway (OpenForge compatible)

This remixes [devonjones](http://www.thingiverse.com/devonjones)'s amazing OpenForge 2x2 [stone dungeon tiles](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:171315) with the OpenForge [arched doorway](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:248632), which sat on smooth dungeon tiles. Now you can integrate the arched doorway with those wonderful rough stone dungeon tiles!
