Steam Controller GoPro style compact phone mount

This is a remix of two great designs - a Steam Controller bracket and a GoPro clip for adding an iPhone 6S sized phone, with case, to a Steam Controller. I made this remix because:

1. My mini delta printbed (110mm dia) wouldn't fit the existing designs.
2. I didn't need an adjustable phone holder. This design also folds to become more compact than the rigid model.
