Repair ring for Jabra Earphones

Here in Sapir College - Israel we have a Call center equipped with some 20 stations with Jabra earphones
It seems that these earphones (not cheap) have a serious flaw in design , 50% of the are already broken in the same place, they couldn't get them repaired or warranty refund from our supplier, and were about to throw away some 10 pieces, luckly they asked me before throwing them :)
