Better POV Hat for Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle

The throttle POV sucked. I often hit the wrong directions due to the default design, so I modeled this cap to go over the original hat to improve the shape and make it easier to use accurately and quickly. For me, it even has a nice friction fit and doesn't need any glue which would permanently fix the cap to the hat.
