PikiStruder Remix for BLTouch

Updated original design so that i could use my BLTouch with it. I also increased the wire channel and added a channel to allow heater and thermistor wires to be contained. This channel does not fit a E3D thermistor as the plug is right at this area. I hotglued mine to the metal frame out of the way of the Fan.

I am still working on this remix to make it work even better.
