Sink a nut in the nut hole, and enjoy turning this knob to tighten stuff!
Edit:
I just printed this thing out, and have to say, the nut is a nice press fit with no heat. But, the fancy throwing star indentation did not come through when printing on its back with the raised boss facing up.
Either way, it turned out pretty good.
