Prusa MMU2s selector with M6 thread for fittings

I don't have the official two parts with the threaded bush for the ptfe fittings so i make a remix of it and everyone can use M6 fittings to hold the bowden from the mmu2 to the extruder.

I recommend the same print settings like prusa did:

0,2 mm layer height, infill 20% GRID and PETG Filament
