Board Buttress / Brace 90°

This is a simple design to brace/buttress two boards together at a 90° angle. It's currently designed for 1.25" x 2" boards (31mm x 51mm) with rounded edges. I used this for attaching legs to a center bed support, but it can be used for anything with lumber that size.

There are two files, one with 2mm thick walls, one with 3mm thick walls. The inner spacing of both is the same. The tolerances are very tight with this model, and I found that I had to slightly file (or sand) the inner surface
