So I had tried a lot of tensioners, and a lot didn't quite fit, or were quite big. So I thought I'll knock up my own. A couple of test prints lead me to use metal M3 nuts, instead of tapping the plastic, although I did a threaded plastic test part and it worked fine.
So you will need 2 x M3 nuts and 2 x M3 screws.
This slots onto the little tang where you would normally strap the belt too. feed the belt into the adjuster, then thread through the 2 screws, and secure. I have mine fully bot
