Caduceus Pendant Pedestal

I've been needing a home health nurse come by for a certain medical issue. Soon I will not need her anymore and I wanted to show my appreciation on how much she has helped me.

I saw this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:289124 and wanted to make it into a "trophy" so i remixed it in blender and came up with this base for it. I also extend the spike of the pendant so it can fit in the socket snugly with out the need of adhesives.
