WLtoys 10428 3-ch receiver with integrated light module

Hello.

I added a light module to my receiver, LadyAda module 1455: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1455

This is original receiver with addon module, all instructions are the same, so use arduino clone Pro Mini (The Simple, make sure to remove reset switch), NRF24L01 module and AdaFruit 1455 module.
