CR-10 Heavy Duty | 5015 coldend & BLTouch adapter

Made a little remix for the awesome heavy duty V6 holder for the Creality 3D universe. Fits a 5015 fan, which has better cooling.This lets me print PLA with a Titan heatbreak and plated copper nozzle very well (all metal should work too).

I made a BLTouch holder for that because the mount on the fan shrouds makes the whole printhead soooo large.
