CR-10S5 Convert to 10-12mm rods

Since I was not satisfied with the first renovation, I built with larger rods.
The problem was that the CR-10S5 has very long shafts, up to 70cm and they start to swing by themselves when printing. Went well up to speed 30mm / s.
The biggest problem was the Z-rods that swung a lot.
But also problems with 12mm rods in the bed.
Bed weighing a lot and with new rails I can support from below if needed.
But quite useless with a large printer with very low print speed.
After the new rebuild
