Long story short: I have to change my speakers in my car beacuse 1 of them is broken, and I have left with 1 spare part. So I have a small amplifier and basically I made a portable speaker. So loud, bass is not that great,. Recommended to add some cotton inside the box, it makes the speaker sounds a lot better.
Yes you have to drill the holes.
