Didn't like the look of most filament cleaners so I made this minimalistic one. The top plastic part of the MK3S extruder is redesigned to allow mounting of the cleaner.
Squish some kitchen sponge between the two hex halves and put on the cap. Trim sponge if it doesn't fit nicely.
You don't have to take anything apart to change filament, just pull it out and insert new one.
