The AM4 Backplate is there for the people that do not have the updated Ereboss kit or who cannot get it overseas like me.
Holes need to be made in the AM3+ mounting kit to fit the AM4 sizes. The bolt holes are at the corners of a 54mm by 90mm rectangle which is for the new AM4 mounting holes. I simply put the bolts through the backplate and aligned the plates as best i could, and marked off where the bolt holes would be, just judging by eye from the AM4 Ereboss mounting kits online.
