DonkeyCar base plate adapter for Nvidia Jetson Nano

This a Donkeycar adapter for clever "classic" (or the other one) donkey plate from Adam Convey https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2260575.

This part give you ability to attach a Jetson Nano board on the classical base plate without reprinting everything.
Use M3x8 screw for Jetson attachement (need slighty hole adjustement > 0.2mm in my case) and M2x8 for base plate (the genuine raspberry holes)
