Solid Darth Vader Head for Marionette

I was trying to make the [Darth Vader marionette](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2294913), but for my printer the helmet (separate from the head inside) was too thin for Cura to slice for me.

So I grabbed the head piece from the [giant lego darth vader](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2294913) and modified it to go with the rest of the marionette pieces
