Big-Wheel Nerf Quad-Wheel T.E.D. Cage Afterburner

I wanted to design a flywheel cage with more than two flywheels in a single stage. I was given this idea by reddit user Dr_Glaucous in their post: the triwheel theory. This cage is called T.E.D. for "a Total Eclipse of the Dart." This version has much larger diameter wheels for higher RPMs and performance.
