Volcano Compatibility Hot Fin for Short Ears MK3 and MK3S Extruders

Short Ears MK3S and MK3 extruders gain E3D Volcano capability with hot fin in this kit.
Moves print fan and shroud 8.5 mm lower to match Volcano nozzle position.

Must be used with B02M5 or later short ears extruders that have TWO fan mount positions on their hot end covers.
