Anet E10 E12 + MGN Z axis Remix with Extruder

I thought it would be better to put the extruder on the right side to balance the mass of the X-Axis Stepper, I am also running an SKR V1.3 with two Z Stepper drivers doing the auto Z align. This should help keep them perfectly in-line during the print.
