Afinia/Up! 2 Plus extruder modification - new working version

After 6+ months of burning non Up!/Afinia ABS and only recently realizing it was being cooked above the recommended temperature range I made the inline "hack" to the temperature control on the nozzle. As I couldn't use the spare parts files as a basis I got the calipers out and totally remade the extruder mount.
