A model of Earth as a sphere displacement map.
Displacement from the surface is not to scale - if it were, the details would be impossible to see - but the land locations are calculated from satellite image and moreorless accurate.
This model tends to produce small supports between the smaller landforms - I suggest using a non-sharp metal tool to remove these.
The landforms are printed as part of the shell of the model so they should not detach or degrade through friction under normal c
