Bondtech Extruder Remix for CR-10

Since I always thought the stock extruder was one of the weaker parts of my CR-10S, I got myself a cheap Bondtech clone for 20 bucks. But I wasn't satisfied at all, mainly because the bowden coupling was crap and the tube kept slipping out.

But I also didn't like the fact that it has to be mounted at a 90° angle on the CR-10S, blocking the Z rod otherwise. And I don't like the closed design of the Bontech to begin with.
