Flashlight (D24mm) holder for bike with clamp. For Convoy S2+/S3

This is holder for Convoy S2+ or S3 flashlight or any other flashlight with D24mm. Diameter of clamp for handlebar is up to 25mm.
You will need also:
1) M5 nuts x3
2) M5 10mm cup-head srew x1
3) M5 20mm bolt with round head for hex-wrench x2
