Wanhao D9 - Adjustable Z-End Stop

Since I am using smoothiware on my wanhao rebuild, I found that I needed a z-end stop even when I have a bl-touch for use as a probe. As such I wanted one that was easily adjustable and was able to find rc101's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2531282) adjustable end stop.
