Printrbot Simple Metal E3D V6 Shroud

The original design of the shroud has been reworked. The designer did a great job, but I found that the design needed some structural improvements. The walls for this remix are thicker and the exhaust port is better defined for the angle and length. The original design had some slight modeling issues that were present after printing and showed up in slicer before printing as possible issues. I have been using this redesign for quiet sometime with no issues. All of the mounting holes are threaded
