SD Card Holder

I remixed the SD card holder by DuDlik after having issues with the closing the lid. The solution that worked was to add fillets in the grooves where the parts interlock. I've also made minor changes such as reduced the wall of the lid to 1.6mm (multiple of 0.4mm of nozzle width), external fillets instead of chamfers.

P.S. I've reduced the tolerance from 0.125mm between locking parts to 0.1mm so you will need to have a well calibrated machine.
